Pride of the Motherland is made up of a team of innovative and creative people, with a passion and enthusiasm for the black culture and heritage.

POTM is a non-profit organisation dedicated to enhancing and promoting the ideals of the Black culture, and organising events to encourage cultural exchanges and give all people of black heritage, a common platform to showcase their talents. We have a vision which matches with the aspirations of the black community. We are specifically looking forward to events which help to create a better understanding of the black community; their lifestyle, fashion, art and music. We hope to create a positive and lasting impression of the black culture and heritage and raise awareness of the various plights affecting people of the black race.

POTM along with its sponsors organises the following types of events: 

 ·    Black Cultural shows

·    Live Black music performances

·   Traditional Food Fairs

·    Fashion Shows and exhibitions of Paintings and sculptures from black artists

Part of the funds generated through these events will be used to support specific charitable organisations. POTM in collaboration with its strong team and network across the UK and Europe offers complete event management services as well as standalone services. The team can take full responsibility for an entire event or just of a particular aspect of it.

POTM provides the following event management and support:

·    Identifying ideal venue and negotiating costs

·    Sourcing speakers/show moderators

·    Creating publicity material

·    Managing audio visual

·    Liaising with the Press and promoting the event

·    Taking registrations for attending the event

·    Providing details of local, reliable and experienced suppliers

    for all your event needs including mediators and facilitator
